Who doesn’t love interesting stuff? The human mind is naturally curious, so why not explore your curiosity with things that can help you in your recovery? Recovery doesn’t have to be boring, and it shouldn’t be. We began to compile a number of things we find noteworthy and/or thought-provoking. Things from books, videos, healthy challenges, music, inspiration, heck, whatever might put a smile on your face or provide you with new or different information.

smile, laugh, luck

Living life in recovery allows us to discover who we truly are, as well as to find meaning and purpose in our lives. In addition, recovery grants us the opportunity to experience true joy and happiness in our hearts. When we are patient enough to permit these things to happen, we have a better chance of maintaining long-term, quality recovery. So instead of sitting around thinking about drinking/using, or dwelling on the past or what you feel is wrong in your life, or gambling, or binging on a bag of potato chips and ho ho’s, or whatever activity you engage in that ultimately ends with disastrous consequences, get your mind off it by clicking on the links below and checking out some interesting stuff (well, what we think is interesting). We are always adding new things and, as always, we invite you to share what you find interesting., noteworthy, or thought-provoking. We look forward to hearing from you.
